No one - adult and/or child - will be allowed in the center without a signed waiver. Please make sure to sign before entering the center to save some time.



  1. A parent or guardian must always accompany any child entering WowMoms World Long Island. Children may only be dropped off if they are pre-registered to participate in our PreSchool Prep program or a camp program (drop off is at 9 am, and pick up is at noon).

  2. WowMoms World Long Island is designed for children under eight (8) years of age. WowMoms LI reserves the right to refuse admittance to the play area to any child(ren) over eight (8) years of age if their behavior is not acceptable or appropriate.

  3. ALL ADULTS AND CHILDREN MUST WEAR SOCKS WHILE IN THE PLAY AREA.  Socks are available for purchase. Outdoor footwear is prohibited in the play area (even if they are new). Grippy socks are highly recommended. WowMoms World Long Island reserves the right to refuse entrance to the play area to anyone who does not have the proper footwear.

  4. Please do not bring any child(ren) into WowMoms World Long Island when they are ill or have a contagious medical condition. WowMoms LI reserves the right to restrict and refuse a child's admission if WowMoms LI determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the child is ill and presents a risk to the health or well-being of others.

  5. No rough play or fighting will be tolerated in the WowMoms World Long Island premises. WowMoms LI does not tolerate bullying, fighting, and rough play and reserves the right to refuse admittance to any individual involved in bullying, fighting, rough play, and disrespecting others. If WowMoms LI determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an individual is acting in violation of this policy, such individual (and, if applicable, his/her/their parent(s), guardian(s), and child(ren)) will be asked to exit the premises and will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts incurred including admission to WowMoms World Long Island and other activity-related fees.

  6. WowMoms LI will make reasonable efforts to monitor and reserve the right to limit the number of people who occupy the play area.

  7. No food or beverage, including gum and candy, may be brought into the play area. Please restrict all food and drink to the cafe area or the event room when attending a birthday party.

  8. WowMoms is NOT a nut-free facility. Outside food is NOT permitted in our facility. No exceptions. We have a cafe on-site if you desire to buy drinks, snacks, or a meal.

  9. Please respect the equipment, the toys, and others. We strive to get quality equipment to promote imagination and creativity. Respecting it allows us to provide you and your children with more options.

  10. We respect and appreciate the pre-booking for our events, classes, and appointments.  We also understand that sometimes, especially with babies, unexpected delays or last-minute cancellations can happen.  However, our center holds limited space; for this reason, we request that all services be fully paid for in advance. A store credit will be issued at WowMoms' sole discretion.

Policies and Procedures

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, especially with babies, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustment challenging. However, our center holds limited space, for this reason, we request that all services be fully paid in advance and refundable.

If you need to cancel your appointment and/or class, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice, allowing us to offer your spot to another customer. If the delay is not respected, please note that your class will be deducted from your account.

We do not offer refunds. However, if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, we will credit your payment to your account, which can be applied to any service in the same category.

If you are late for your service, please note that we may not be able to accommodate you and you will have the remaining time to do your service.

All classes and services are non-transferable.

In order to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the center at all times, you will be asked at your arrival to leave your stroller at the entrance of the center.

No food from outside is allowed in the center. Our café will be at your disposal if you want to eat a meal or a snack, or have a good smoothie or a coffee. An exception to this rule applies for baby food.

We ask you to bring a pair of socks if you want to enjoy the play area. Your child's shoes as well as those of the accompanying adult must be removed before entering the play area, thus allowing us to ensure that it is clean.
